Holy crap. 3.5 miles may not seem like a lot to all you avid runners out there, but to this novice runner, it’s a real accomplishment.
That is officially the longest distance I’ve done off the treadmill! I hope I didn’t set myself up for soreness on Saturdays’ race.
I feel great right now though; I usually feel like crap right after a run.
Pretending to faint…
And can I just say how happy I am that after 26 years on this planet I’ve finally figured out that at least part of the big secret to healthy skin is a balanced diet!!! That’s the power of fruits and vegetables people!
Time to rinse off this well-earned sweat and go pick up my race number and shirt for the big day!
Wish me luck!
You absolutely look more energized & healthier and your skin has never looked better. Keep it up!!!!! Exercise is the #1 cure all for everything. I walk up & back down our parking garage ramps every night on my lunch break. That’s 6 ramps up and 6 ramps down X2. I love it. It takes me exactly 30 minutes. I wish I had more time because sometimes I feel like I could go further.
Congrats! You’ll do great at your race, I’m sure.
YAY, well done!! You’re gonna rock your 5k.
And you’re so right on the fruits & veggies being great for skin.
Never underestimate your achievement with your running. They say you should never compare yourself to others, just to your own ability. Go you girl and yes your skin is positively glowing!
Why thank you lady! It’s gonna be a good race!
3.5 miles would feel like a victory to me too. Great job!!!
Thanks! I’m excited about the meet-up tonight, should be a ball!
