Nothing beats a good Japanese Katsu Curry for me, especially on a cold, wintry day like today (or the past 4 months!)
This is one of my favorites too. Just had katsu this weekend actually!
Hi Alayna, I have tweeted the giveaway and linked back to this post.

Favorite Japanese ingredient…do yams/sweet potatoes count? Miso is another!
Chef Amber Shea recently posted..Easy Cheesy Cauliflower (dairy-free!)
They absolutely count! Even better, sweet potatoes and miso together.

Fav food? Uni. =) But I can’t cook with that, so let’s just go with seaweed.
Gah! Uni! I have tried and tried but I just can’t like it. Love any type of teeny tiny fish eggs though.
Bonus yummy goodies?! As if the cookbook alone wasn’t good enough already! I follow/like all your social media sites already. :] And I don’t know what my favorite Japanese food is! I guess I don’t eat it that frequently even though I know I love it! Maybe potstickers? Are those Japanese?
Carol @ Lucky Zucca recently posted..Spring Break
Potstickers totally count. I think they’re Chinese in origin but consumed widely in Japan. If any culture borrows food from other cultures as much as we do, it’s the Japanese. Italian food was huge there a few years ago, don’t know what’s en vogue now.
Leave me a comment for each of the social media sites you follow if you want more chances to win, lady!
BAH I didn’t realize I could leave extra entries! Fail. That is so interesting about Japanese food culture! I can’t imagine them eating Italian food!!

Salmon sashimi is my fave. So far, though some of your recipes rank up there too!

Favorite ingredient? Wasabi!
Heather @ Better With Veggies recently posted..You Won’t Believe It’s Vegan Beer Cheese Fondue
I am just now starting to appreciate wasabi. Apparently I’m really sensitive to it, makes me feel like my sinuses are bleeding. Not good.
